Paragon Workplace Solutions announces St Mungo's as its Charity Partner

We are delighted to announce our corporate partnership with leading homelessness charity St Mungo’s. This partnership forms an integral part of our CSR strategy and will enable us to make a meaningful contribution to the communities in which we live and work. Paragon Workplace Solutions will support St Mungo’s in their efforts to end homelessness and support people throughout their recovery journey.

Our support of St Mungo’s will be through donation, fundraising and volunteering. The donation will provide vital funds to St Mungo’s to continue to provide the services that focus on providing support to individuals as they recover from homelessness. We have chosen that our donation will be evenly split between the Westminster Outreach Programme and the Recovery College.

As part of our CSR strategy, Paragon Workplace Solutions’ employees are able to take part in a range of fundraising and volunteering activities allowing them to make a personal contribution to help people find shelter from the streets and empowering them with new skills as they rebuild their lives.

With 14 outreach teams, St Mungo’s is one of the largest providers of outreach services in England. Each night, the charity’s dedicated staff go out to meet people who are sleeping rough; working to build trust with individuals and helping them to engage with support services. While their Digital Recovery College provides an inclusive learning, training and employment service that relies on support and skills provided from their corporate partners.

Jay Hunt, Head of Partnerships at St Mungo’s, said:

“We are delighted to have been chosen by Paragon Workplace Solutions as their charity partner. Their mission to make a difference in the local community will bring us closer to our ambition of ending homelessness within the areas we work by 2026. By supporting our Westminster outreach service and our Recovery College, Paragon Workplace Solutions are ensuring that people receive support throughout their recovery journey from homelessness, enabling them to build fulfilling lives away from the streets.”

Helen Starling, Managing Director at Paragon Workplace Solutions, said:

“I’m delighted to be partnering with such a fantastic charity as St Mungo’s. The causes of homelessness are many; relationship breakdown, loss of employment, inability to afford rent, mental health etc. and I never take for granted how fortunate I am to have a family, a home and a job. Over the last few years, during the pandemic and now with the cost of living crisis, the work of charities like St Mungo’s is more important than ever to bring an end to homelessness.

“It takes dedication and commitment to make a real difference, and we hope that through donations, volunteering and fundraising we can support St Mungo’s in their delivery of specialist services. Through working together, we can help people experiencing homelessness to achieve a brighter future.”
